As per law Whiskey made in U.S.A it is made with at least 51% of corn Aging must take place in a new, charred, oak barrel.
AS the major ingredients is corn so the taste of the whiskey is more on the sweeter side, very good for paring with bitters as the sweeter notes blend with the bitter spices and balance the flavor.
The whiskey can be blended or can be made with single grain.
It is one of the Classification in American whiskey.
Tip- Bourbon goes best with Coca-Cola.
