About
Famous for knowing as a dinner drink, easy to create, chocolaty notes with a punch of brandy. The original Alexander cocktail, was made with gin but switch from gin to brandy due to smooth pairing.
Recipe
Brandy - 40 ml
De Kuyper Dark Cacao Liqueur(sweet-chocolate liqueur) - 20 ml
Milk - 40 ml
add all ingredients in a shaking tin, shake and fine strain in chilled coupe or martini glass garnish it with Grated Nutmeg.
Tip- to upsell use Cognac brandy or a high end Gin.
