 Sweet Lime soda with Gin Is a Tom Collins Cocktail

First memorialized in writing in 1876 by Jerry Thomas, "the father of American mixology", this "gin and sparkling lemonade" drink is typically served in a Collins glass over ice.

Recipe

  Gin                               - 60 ml 

Fresh Lemon Juice       - 30 ml

 Sugar Syrup                 - 15 ml

 Soda                             - top up

Add gin, Fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup in a boson shaker and shake it with ice and pour in a Collins Glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

Tip- Add flavors for flavored Tom Collins.
